1. Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in their original packaging.

    • Free from damage, stains, or writing marks.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened pens, markers, colors, paints, or art materials.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Discounted / clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including delivery charges).

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • JazzCash / Easypaisa

    • Store credit (if preferred)

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
