  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Payments can be made through Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or online payment gateways (if available).

  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (excluding COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services.

  • Standard delivery time: 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Mystationers.pk is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain products (such as opened art supplies, customized items, or clearance stock) are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or store credit.
