At Mystationers.pk, we work hard to deliver your stationery and art supplies quickly, safely, and affordably across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners (Leopards, TCS, M&P, Call Courier, etc.).

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer depending on courier coverage.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days (major cities).

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Flat Rate Delivery: PKR [Insert amount e.g., 199] nationwide.

  • Free Delivery: On orders above PKR [Insert amount e.g., 2,999].

  • Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order has been dispatched.

  • You can track your order status online using the courier’s tracking system.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions
    In such cases, our team will keep you updated.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please provide an accurate shipping address and contact number.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
